Principle of Psychocentrism in Designing Curriculum for Adult᾽s Learning and Education

چکیده

This article addresses the issue of curriculum for adults’ learning and education in a formal non-formal terms from psychological perspective. In this sense, adults are strongly focused on psychocentric approaches, which must be relevantly reflected curriculum. Namely, has as object reflection relationship between individual, society educational (learning) institution. The approach is following conceptual approaches: process changing/developing relation to factors; organizing conducting adult through that creates contexts active respects personal professional needs. At same time, concept approached perspective metacognitive competences (conscious awareness, judgment, decision), peculiarities mental processes (perception, memory, thinking, attention), but also motivational factors (psychological, social, andragogic). framework achieved components: component, outcomes contents procedural component. express study showed what reflections teachers have taught vision.
